Book Challenge

Objective

The primary goal is for all members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the book “Outliers” through collaboration.

Additional objectives include exploring how the book's insights can be practically applied to enhance personal growth and professional development.

Instructions

Each member will be assigned chapters to read from the book. They will be responsible for thoroughly reading and understanding their assigned chapters.

While reading your assigned chapters over the next 10 days, you should prepare a summary of your assigned chapters, identify key themes, insights, and any questions or discussion points. You should have completed this by Aug 10, 2024 which is when we are planning to meet in person.

Submission

When we meet next, you will sit with your team and each member will:

• Provide an overview of their chapters.
• Highlight key insights and themes.
• Pose questions or points for discussion.
• Other members should listen, take notes, and engage in the discussion with questions or reflections.

By doing this, you will be able to gain a comprehensive understanding of the book by reading parts of it and discussing it with your team.
